Many people practice this sport without knowing. Each zerinho on the asphalt, the steep with the motorcycle or the famous grau, many passionate about motorcycles make the streets outside is a sport. However these maneuvers must be made with safety and awareness. The best way to do that is to professionalize this passion, with rules, Championships and encouragement. This will be done nationally from now on with the creation of the Brazilian championship of Stunt.

Known by the world as Wheeling, the sport began to be practiced in Brazil in the Decade of 80. Now called the Stunt. The game that comes down to soil stunts on two wheels was approved by CBM (Brazilian motorcycle Confederation) and will be one of the Brazilian Championships held in 2013.

The recognition of the sport happened during the general meeting, held on 2 and 3 February in Mogi das Cruzes-SP. Leandro Callegas, Swift, who is President of the Brazilian Federation of Wheeling, is the Director.

The competition will be held as follows. The pilot is presented in two batteries. "In the first heat the pilot has five minutes to perform maneuvers with the front and the back of the motorcycle. In the second, two minutes and the difficulty degree is greater because the pilot already comes with the front of the bike. With that he can't miss ", explains Leandro Callegas.

The expectation is that the sport is even more widespread from now on increasing the number of practitioners. "I'm surprised every day every corner of Brazil you will find practitioners. Now with the recognition of the CBM believe the sport will grow even more, "says the Stunt Director of CBM.

Practitioners of Stunt will soon be able to make the affiliation by the CBM Web site in order to participate in the Brazilian Championship. The forecast is that the calendar is released in March.
